Warsaw Summer School 2003

Welcome to Warsaw Summer School on Non-invasive methods in clinical treatment!

In few words

Our intention is to teach you some skills, which might be useful in your further practice.

We would also like to show you the beauty of Poland, a country with great history.

Periods and Towns

The summer school will take place in Warsaw from 26.07-05.08 2003.

The activities will take place in Central Clinical Hospital.

Scientific Programme

	Learn how to practically use the USG, CT, MRI.
	Many opportunities to have contact with patients
	Gain knowledge which is useful in practice
	Night shifts may be arranged

Detailed schedule and the team of academic teachers will be attached

Social Programme

Daily help from Polish medical students will be provided.

We yet offer:

	a tour round Warsaw,
	paintball
	sailing on reservoir in Zegrze

Board and lodging

Lodging is arranged in the dormitory. Each room has it's own bathroom and toilet. One room will be shared by two people. Boarding includes free lunch in hospital mensa. Other meals are self-catered.

Fees

It is only 150 USD per candidate.

It covers training, accommodation, lunch, activities listed in social programme.

After admission of the candiate

For the countries that need visa to visit Poland, please request Invitation Letters in advance. Such invitations will be provided after admission of the candidate.

Health insurance is absolutely required.

Special Remarks

Deadline of submitting the application is the end of May 2003.

Students need to have their own white coat, extra shoes for hospital use and a stethoscope.
